How to Meditate in a Moment

We discovered this One-Moment Meditation yesterday via YogaDork and were very happy with the results. Even after all of these years of intermittent and—it should be said—mostly undisciplined meditation, we are all of us still surprised at how quickly one can feel the benefits. Spending as little as one minute concentrating on your inhales and exhales can noticeably improve your sense of well-being.
