22-28 September, 2014 Retreat: LuxYoga Vinyasa in Côte d’Azur

LUXYOGA is the world’s premiere luxury yoga vacation: a week of unparalleled instruction, first-class service and award-winning local cuisine at their gorgeous villa in the South of France. Focused yoga programs with premiere teachers and digital photo analysis develop awareness and understanding for profound progress during and after your time at the villa. At LUX, every delicious moment becomes a balanced and fulfilling way of life.

Practice your dharma and live your lux. Dharma, from the Sanskrit, comes from the root word "Dhr," which means to hold or maintain. Unpacked, dharma connotes a right way of living that is in keeping with cosmic order. This may sound all lofty and esoteric so let's get practical. To us, dharma is about learning to live and practice in a way that supports the inherent cosmic order of your own cosmos – you, your life, and everything that's in your sphere. Your dharma is doing stuff in a way that supports your being you – not in the cop out kind of way that says "this is just how I am" with a turned-up nose – but with a keen eye on using the best elements of you to blaze a path that is uniquely yours. What are the things your spirit is asking for in asana and beyond and what must you do to deliver the goods? The beauty of yoga is that it shows us how to use what we've already got.
