• Find out how different postures affect you, depending on your Ayurvedic constitution
• Learn how to use mental concepts and physical modifications to maximize benefits (e.g. feeling grounded, clear, strong, joyful); increasing energy, easy and effortlessness) and reduce discomforts (e.g. anxiety, irritation, fatigue, strain.)
Includes both lecture and physical practice components so wear comfortable clothing appropriate for doing yoga postures.
A note for yoga teachers: Discover how Ayurvedic principles can help you better understand the psycho-physiology of your students, allowing you to be more adept and concise in supporting them. Infuse your teaching with the wisdom of Ayurveda and confidently offer adjustments and options that help each individual to optimize his/her practice.
