Yoga, massage, essential oils - these all equal well-being and relaxation. This workshop combines the three to help you survive the Winter and to maintain optimal health throughout.
The workshop will start with a warming Yoga flow to stimulate circulation, deeper breath and mind-body connection. By tuning in to and listening to our bodies we've already taken a big step towards self care and wellness. The sequence will also help to boost immune health.
A short, guided meditation will follow to help bring you even more into your own presence and into the present moment.
Following the long relaxation (and of course, short massage), we will turn our attention towards essential oils. Which ones can be used for what, how to use them, but most importantly which ones to choose! You will leave the workshop with the knowledge needed to create your own essential oil pharmacy without taking out a loan!
Please bring something to write on and some warm clothes.
