Alexandra Peyre is an experienced teacher. She shares her vision of yoga with enthusiasm, precision, and attention to detail.
During the 2,5 hours practice, Alexandra will guide you through the balanced sequence of asanas (poses) using bandhas, mudras, pranayama, and meditation in order to balance the three gunas (the different qualities we are subjected to as embodied human beings):
- Rajas - state of action and energy
- Tamas - state of inertia and inactivity
- Sattva - state of harmony
The whole practice will leave you feel balanced and rejuvenated, and you'll have the opportunity to ask for "technique" matters if you feel you need it. PLEASE expect to hold poses including a few lovely arm balances. Alexandra will be suggesting variations that are appropriate to where each person is at.
All levels are welcome except complete beginners.
