A 6-week course designed to give teenagers tools to help manage stress and anxiety, to harness their focus and concentration, to handle emotions better, to relieve lower back pain, and take the time to relax, breathe and just be themselves.
In addition, gather tools and techniques to:
• Care for neck and shoulders
• Develop deep core strength
• Increase flexibility
The workshop will give the students a resource of tools to draw from as needed as they continue their studies and their lives. The class meets once a week on the weekends.
