Fri 1 March-Fri 29 March Workshop: Five Weeks of Yoga + Vegan Cuisine

Take advantage of five consecutive weeks in March (1, 8, 15, 22 and 29) to learn the foundations of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Vegan cuisine, specifically the practical use of organic super-nutrients: plants, fruits, algaes and vegetables. These evolutionary activators invite us to tie together pleasure, tastes, nutritional balance, and cultural exchanges.

Workshops will be divided into the following two sections:
• 18h30-19h30 Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga basics, philosophy, samasthiti, ujjayi pranayama, bandhas, and asanas
• 19h30-20h30 Practicum on super-nutrients: nopal, aloe vera, spirulina, urucum, acerola, and maca 

Led by Carolina Daza, The Global Yogini, these workshops will marry her passion for yoga (which she studies with Linda and Gérald of Ashtanga Yoga Paris) with her work as chef cuisinière at SOL Semilla, a vegan, organic Parisian restaurant.

Workshops will be conducted in French.
