Sat 9 March Workshop: Deepen your yoga practice (Level 1)

Open to all levels, this workshop is designed to help you discover or deepen your understanding of the basics of vinyasa yoga, and experience a full-spectrum session. Two and a half hours of practice in order to:

• learn to synchronize breath and movement
• deepen the foundational poses of vinyasa
• learn to avoid the most common injuries (wrists, lower back and cervical spine) 
• use savasana for deep relaxation and regeneration
• discover pranayama (breathwork)
• be introduced to meditation

Workshop will be limited to 10 participants so register early.
