Are you ready to take your practice to a new level and understanding more of yourself? Are you interested in going deeper into your practice and discovering a more hidden aspect of Yoga?
During this training you will learn about adjustments, mindfulness, the art of teaching, sequencing and meditation. Anatomy and physiology will be studied in detail to provide you with essential knowledge into how the body works on an individual basis. Experienced osteopath Cynthia Hayek will participate in the training with her extensive knowledge.
We will delve into the worlds of Traditional Chinese Medicine (meridians, 12 Organs, acupressure), meditation and pranayama—studying the Yin side of yoga and discover Ayurveda, Chakras, Philosophy and various teaching styles (Vinyasa, Prenatal, students with injuries, private classes)—covering the Yang side of Yoga.

Breakdown of yoga asana (Asana Lab)
Principles of teaching meditation, pranayama and mudra
Introduction to traditional Chinese Medicine
Theory of Yin and Yang, Qi

Introduction to Ayurveda
Energetic approach to teaching yoga
Business of yoga
This training will be in English, but Louise speaks fluent French.
Various guest speakers will be present during the duration of the training to give insights and essential knowledge into their fields.
After successful completion on this course, a 200-hour training certificate will be awarded. Five Elements Yoga is certified with Yoga Alliance International, meaning you will be able to teach anywhere - the sky is your limit!
