The Yin Yoga TTC is back in a more condensed format! Bringing together Yin, Mindfulness and Pranayama, this training takes us on a journey of meridians, TCM, fascia and silence. We all need balance in our lives, Yin Yoga is an incredible practice of internal discovery, slow-paced living and deeper connection.
As well as learning the Art of Yin, you will also learn about Myofascial Release Techniques, Relaxation, the Art of Body Reading, Pranayama and Meditation. Anatomy & Physiology will be studied in detail to provide you with essential knowledge into how the body works on an individual basis.
We will delve into the world of Traditional Chinese Medecine (Meridians, Principles of Yin & Yang, 12 major Organs, Acupressure) with experienced acupunturist, Hayley Enright.

This training will be in English, but Louise speaks fluent French. The training manual is available in English or French.
After successful completion on this course, a 60-hour training certificate will be awarded. Five Elements Yoga is certified with Yoga Alliance International, meaning you will be able to teach anywhere - the sky is your limit!
