Attitude of Gratitude with Transformational Yoga


The end of the year is coming around quickly, we're pulling out our hats and gloves! It's at this time of year that we start to look back over the past year, recalling our successes, the challenges, the highs and the lows. This is all part of the beauty of life, the joy of being alive. We want to celebrate your year with you!

This two hour workshop will focus on the good, the great, the amazing; creating an attitude of gratitude to set things up for 2018.

The workshop will start out with a nice, long warm up, followed by an opening, flowing practice focued on the hips and the heart. A deep relaxation will close your practice before sharing together a gratitude meditation.

You will leave the workshop feeling relaxed, hopeful and grateful for all that you have in your life!

Please bring your own yoga mat, a bottle of water and an open heart!
