CAELO YOGA Beginner’s Series are in-depth trainings that provide a solid foundation for practicing yoga either on your own or in a group setting. You may be interested in establishing a practice for health reasons, or to achieve more balance and peace of mind, or simply to see if it can help you in some other way. Whatever the genesis, you will quickly see and feel for yourself that the regular practice of yoga will not only steadily improve your physical and mental health, it will bring about transformation and progress in other areas of your life as well.

We love welcoming new students of all ages and abilities and we understand that yoga can be an intimidating prospect for those that are new to the practice. But the most wonderful thing about yoga is truly is for everyone. There is no previous experience, or special attributes required. You don’t have to be able to touch your toes or do the splits. Yoga is non-competitive and non-judgemental. It’s a personal practice, just you and your mat with the guidance of your teacher who will help you to develop your body’s capabilities and harmonize them with a calm and focused mind.
