Join Louise for a 2h balancing and soothing Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra workshop.
We will focus on the heart meridian and postures connected to the energy of the heart. By doing so we will invite more warmth, abundance and joy into our practice! The practice will be accompanied by soft, classical music. I will use essential oils to help you go deeper into your practice. The deep relaxation at the end of the class, Yoga Nidra, will restore balance and harmony in your whole body and mind!
Yin Yoga and the practice of Yoga Nidra are therapeutic tools which can be used for healing imbalances in the body, the mind, and in our emotions.
This is the perfect opportunity to slow down, to pause just long enough to give your systems a reboot and to integrate more joy into your being.
The regular practice of Yin Yoga will encourage more flexibility in your body, but also in your everyday life; it allows time for stillness and creates a deeper connection with the breath and the body.
