Write to explore your body. Write to explore your spirit.
The act of writing is an essential part of being human. Writing inspires us, heals us, and helps us to know ourselves better. When our words flow our bodies and minds open. When we combine yoga and writing, our self-expression flows, and we find more beauty and meaning in our daily lives.
Join Susanna Harwood Rubin, author of Yoga 365: Daily Wisdom for Life On and Off the Mat for this Summer Writing Ritual. To celebrate the beginning of summer, we will move, write, meditate, and chant together. You will emerge with rituals to establish and support a summer writing practice. Whether you are a novice or experienced writer, this workshop will deepen the connections between your yoga and your self-expression.
(Participants may write in their preferred language)
